Record reports are available for pick up once they have been completed and approved. (7-10 days from the date of the incident, except in certain cases that may require a more in depth ongoing investigation). To obtain a copy of a police report you need to complete a request to examine form and return it to the Sheriff's Office. Forms are available by clicking the link in the left hand column of this page, or at the Sheriffs Office Administrative building.
